This is the story of two Marquesan brothers from the Island of Ua Pou. Pascal, the eldest and Jean-Philippe. The first adopted by the family of an Ua Pou policeman, left for Brittany (France) at the age of 2. He studied in France. 25 years later, after working for the Ministry of Defence, he comes back to his Island for good and finds his biological family again. The second boy, who suffers from a phobia of the sea and ships, is now a captain of a schooner. This film is about the crossing these two destinies.
